Deb and her team executed on her promise to sell our house during the tight time frame we gave her. Communication was great and document signing was such a breeze, being done all via email!! Not much negotiation was done/required in our case, so I really can't comment there, but we would highly recommend any seller to contact Deb, we're sure glad we did. ; = )

We found Deb on the internet after our sales transaction on our home fell apart with another agent. Our choice was confirmed when a friend told us how Deb had helped another friend get an offer on their home within the first week of listing; she said she didn't even recognize the home in the pictures after Deb helped stage it and her professional photographer shot the photos. Deb put us at ease right when we first spoke with her. She explained the current local market and how the old listing price was inaccurate based on using wrong comparable properties by the 'down the hill' agent that was referred to us. Deb went above and beyond with assisting us in getting the house ready again to be listed. She found someone to clean up the yard and she fixed up little items in the house that we couldn't do because I am in Texas. Deb helped with things like cleaning up the inside, patching holes, removing an old antenna from the roof, changing light bulbs, and a light home staging before the photos were taken- she did everything necessary to get our home to show in its best light. Deb priced our home using a range and explained why and how this works with a home in an AS-IS sale condition such as ours. Within a few weeks we had a couple good offers, proving that Deb used the correct pricing comparable properties. Deb checked the offers out thoroughly and advised us on how to respond with a counter offer to end up with the right buyer. Since the offer was a VA offer Deb knew what we needed to respond with so that we could take care of a couple of items that she knew VA would not accept in their appraisal on our house. Deb researched costs on repairs and we were able to counter giving us the needed funds to make the repairs VA would require and still get our price. Within 60 days of listing our house was SOLD and we no longer had to make payments on an empty house! The whole transaction was smooth, and Deb and her assistant Gloria kept constant contact with us, they coordinated everything from inspections to repairs. Being in a different time zone I could call or email Deb at all times during the day and she always got back to me promptly. We can't thank Deb enough for all she did for us!
